A walk through the medieval town of Gruyères, situated between the Swiss Plateau and the Pre-Alps, followed by a guided visit of the Castle of the Counts of Gruyères, accompanied by traditional Alphorn music and modern digital compositions.
Maison du Gruyère AOP in Pringy
This demonstration dairy reveals the secrets behind the famous cheese, allowing visitors to watch the live production of Gruyère PDO wheels.
Moitié-Moitié Fondue
The Confrérie du Gruyère invites participants to taste this iconic Alpine dish. Paired with wines from the Canton of Fribourg, the meal is animated by the Brotherhood’s choir, alphorn players and a traditional flag thrower.
